As soon as you sign up you gain automatic online access to TAS FIT workouts, nutrition and customer service within the TAS FIT app.

You can start to train immediately and plan your nutrition.


Are the TAS FIT programs suitable for women and men?

Yes! The team and I have designed the workouts and the nutrition to suit both women and men, whether your goal is to build muscle, lean out or lose weight. This is the ideal app for you as you can chose the ideal program to suit your own goal!


Is there a dedicated inbox for specific enquiries regarding workouts and/or nutrition?

Yes, you can contact me and the team in the app OR at service@tasfitindia.com


Does this guide include a personalised nutrition plan?

Yes! You get immediate access to the nutrition plans, recipes and shopping lists, which you can personalise based on your inputs into the macro-calculator. There are hundreds of tasty recipes and 3 meal plans, regular, vegetarian and eggetarian. You have access to ALL 3 meal plans.


Is there a shopping list?

Yes! There’s a personalised shopping list created weekly, based on the meals in your plan.


Can I track my macros?

Yes! There is a macro-calculator within the app that allows you to change your calories and macros during your fitness journey. The meals plans are based on the outputs of the personalised macro-calculator,

How many workout levels are there?

Working with my PT, Zaid Khan, I have designed 3 levels so that everyone is covered! Levels are set at Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Each of these levels has a Gym option or a Home option, so you can workout wherever is convenient for you!



Program/Beginner:

If you’re a newbie and just starting out, or maybe you lack the confidence when it comes to weightlifting. You may not know what any of the exercises are called, but you want to get started on your fitness journey following a simple yet effective program.


Program/Intermediate:

You’ve been working out for over three months and you’re ready to step up your commitment & regime.

You may have worked out in the past, but you may have had a few years off as this happens when life gets in the way.


Program/Advanced:

You’ve been working out consistently for years.

You may have plateaued or just want to set a new goal that transforms your body and mind.

You are ready for a new challenge and you want to experience a new, creative and most importantly, sustainable way of working out.


Are the workout programs suitable for home and the gym?

Yes! We have designed two sets of programs, one for home workouts and one for gym workouts. You can switch between the two at any stage, so it’s super flexible for you. There are Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced workouts for both home and gym programs.


Can I change my workout level within the app?

Yes! You are able to switch workout levels at any stage, although the workouts have been designed to progress and get more challenging over time, so I recommend that you stick with your level for at least 4 weeks.


How do I know if this guide is suitable for me?

Muscle gain guide:

If you are looking to pack on some muscle, then this guide is for you. With a structured 12-week training phase implementing strategic training protocols and methods to allow for a maximum muscle growth for the user.


Fat loss guide:

If you are looking to lose fat loss whilst maintain muscle mass and strength, then this is for you. Using my training and nutrition methods that I have used for myself and countless others in order to reach their dreamed ripped physique.


How many workouts per week are included?

4-6 workouts a week

Approximately how much time do I need to complete each workout?

The app has been designed to be flexible for you. Ideally, you’ll have 6o minutes set aside for the workout.

How many weeks does it take to complete each program?

Each program has been designed to be completed over 12 weeks, but feel free to complete it in your own time – you just need to be subscribed to the TAS FIT app.


Can I repeat the guide once I have completed it?

Yes! you can repeat it as many times as you like, you just have to be subscribed to the TASFIT app. I’d also recommend that once you’ve completed your level, you move onto the next level.

Do I have to follow the program exactly as it was created?

To your best ability yes, if for any reason you can’t, contact the TAS FIT customer service team for alternative exercises.

12-week muscle growth: To have overall increased muscle mass and strength with confidence boosting results. 
12-week shred: To have decreased body fat creating a leaner and stronger physique. 


What are the guide’s unique elements?

I believe in training with intensity, supersets, drop sets, time under tension, the lot! All whilst maintaining a methodical layout to all the routines meaning you will hit each body part equally resulting in a well-rounded aesthetic and functional physique. 


How do I know which guide is suitable for me?

I don’t like the app, can I get a refund?

When you purchase any plan or digital product, you agree to no refunds as stated on the website. This is because the content is delivered instantly to the buyer and can be seen by the buyer. Refunds can only be given in the following circumstances:

  • If there was a technical issue and we can see that the content was never sent.

  • If the transaction was not a genuine transaction (card fraud etc).

  • If there was a duplicate order or payment.
